The Home Building Association of Richmond's annual General Assembly Breakfast is held several days before the beginning of the General Assembly Session and is an opportunity for builders, developers, and the related trades to meet with the Central Virginia Delegation from the House of Delegates and State Senate to discuss the current state of the home building industry and the Home Builders Association of Virginia's Legislative Agenda.
