HBAR Seminar: Market Research and Sales Tools

Market research and sales tools have become increasingly important in
helping home builders better understand their target markets, plan for new
developments, and manage relationships with customers. Although these
techniques serve as critical components of a builder's marketing strategy,
they frequently evolve and not every tool is necessarily appropriate for
each builder. In this seminar, Tim Parent of Gumenick Properties and Andrew
Ryan of Commonwealth Partnerships will discuss the value of market research
and sales tools and how these tools can be used effectively. They will
explore specific tools, including segmentation studies, surveys, focus
groups, secondary research, and customer relationship management systems.
This program will provide builders and real estate professionals with a
better understanding of market research and sales tools and how to properly
apply them.
This free event is open to HBAR members only and restricted to 25
participants. The seminar will occur at the HBAR offices on August 7th and
lunch will be provided. Registration will open at 11:30 am with the program
beginning at 12:00 pm and concluding by 1:00pm.
