Lecture on the Small Scale Development Movement

The Incremental Development Alliance will be hosting three lectures on the Small Scale Real Estate Development Movement on March 18-19, 2019 with Bernice Radle. Radle is the Vice Chair of the City of Buffalo Zoning Board of Appeals, a leader in Buffalo's Young Preservations, and a founding member of the Rust Belt Coalition of Young Preservationists. She will share her experience in real estate development with prospective Virginia developers, digging into how they can develop projects in their own neighborhoods and show local leaders and advocates how they can encourage better buildings in and around the state.

The goal of the Incremental Development Alliance is to teach the importance and principles of small scale real estate development across the country so residents can improve the real estate in the neighborhoods they love. The Alliance offers information and specialized training about how to create small projects, like 1-3 story buildings with less than 20 units, which are residential, commercial or mixed in use.
