Parade of Homes - Hickory Hill
Our Hickory Hill Fall Festival is back! RCI Builders is thrilled to invite you to our new model home in The Meadows for our Fall Festival! Join us from 1pm-5pm for pumpkin decorating, live music, bounce houses, food and drink trucks, and more! Hop on a hayride that will take your family to a pumpkin patch where the children can pick out a pumpkin and you can enjoy the quiet and beautiful community of Hickory Hill. It’ll be a fun day for you and your family, and we can’t wait to see you there! All activities are free, but we ask you bring nonperishable items to donate to Moments of Hope Outreach.

From I-95 Take Exit 92A towards Hanover. Drive 3 miles and turn left into Hickory Hill on Wickham Manor Way. Follow signs to the new section marked ‘The Meadows’ on Magnolia Blossom Road.
