Sales & Marketing Council
The mission of the Sales & Marketing Council (SMC) is to increase professionalism in the marketing and sales of new homes. SMC members are mostly builders, developers, sales managers, marketing directors, lenders, real estate brokers, and Realtors. Benefits include education, MAME Awards, and New Home/Community Socials.
SMC meets to discuss the current happenings and to develop future educational and networking opportunities beneficial to the new home community.
