NAHB is partnering with the Mortgage Bankers Association to present a webinar on multifamily mortgage lending and forbearance developments on Thursday, May 7, at 11 am ET. This exclusive program for NAHB members will include guidance on communicating with mortgage lenders and servicers during these unprecedented times. Representatives from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Wells Fargo and PGIM (Prudential) will explain program guidelines, discuss best practices and offer advice for seeking mortgage forbearance.
